All Eutelia services for Privat Persons or Companies can be activated or deactivated on web by subscribing one single general contract called Open Service.
The Open Service contract rules the commercial relation between Eutelia and its Customers for all products and services that were activated while subscribing the contract or afterwards, during its whole validity period.
By activating the contract you can:
- activate services
- configure services by customising them;
- control consumption;
- display statistics;
- deactivate services;
- control invoices;
- control the account statement.
All functions are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, both by web
www.eutelia.it and through the customer service that answers at number
199 440 044*.
No CostsThe activation of the contract has neither start-up costs nor periodical fees. You pay only the costs of the services you’ve activated and use.
Immediate ActivationThe Open Service contract will be enabled to all features as soon as the contract with all necessary documents arrives at:

subscription of the Open Service Contract Proposal, by accepting the General Conditions of the Contract and filling in all required data.
*A call from fixed phone costs 0,1054 €/min VAT excluded (Mon - Fri 8.00 - 18.30, Sat 8.00 - 13.00) and 0,0785 €/min VAT excluded (Mon - Fri 18.30 - 8.00, Sat 13.00 - 24.00 and public holidays). Answer fee equal to 0,0656 € VAT excluded. A call from mobile phone varies according to the rates of the selected mobile operator.
