EVOLUTION
The Eutelia Group was founded 1998 at Arezzo as Internet Service Provider, but already in 1999 it became Telecommunication operator and soon a national and international reality, both for the extension of its proprietor network and for its commercial relations and agreements in many countries all over the world.
Eutelia continued its expansion process, first towards the TLC market, then towards the ICT market, with the buyout of the leading companies of this sector, among which Edisontel in 2002, Noicom, NTS-Freedomland, C3 Europe, Alpha Telecom in TLC and Getronics Italia and Bull Italia, merged into Eunics S.p.A. in ICT.
In 2007, when buying C3 and Alpha Telecom from Tele2 Group, Eutelia became market leader in distributing prepaid phone services in 11 European countries and, in the same year, it started the project of launching Mobyland, new mobile operator in Poland.
In 2009, Eutelia started its strategy to refocus its business core on the TLC market that gradually leads to the reorganization of its whole offer and all services, thanks to the relinquishment of the IT division and the sale of the mobile operator in Poland.

- Business and Central and Local Public Administration, with integrated Telecommunication solutions, from simple connectivity to complete outsourcing.
- Wholesale with voice-data services, Internet and transport offered to national and international carriers, resellers and service providers (ISP/ASP/VISP).
CERTIFICATIONS Eutelia has got the certifications UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 (Quality System) and ISO 27001:2005 (Information Security). Moreover, Eutelia has achieved the certification SA8000:2008 (Social Responsibility of Companies).

Registered office and General Direction is at Arezzo in via Calamandrei, 173. The main operating offices are at Pregnana Milanese (Milan), Rome and Turin.

Eutelia has offices in Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Great Britain, Czech Republic, Rumania, Slovakia, Hungary and Ukraine, too.
